Aug. 28--A semi crossed the median and crashed into oncoming traffic on the Skyway near 95th Street on Friday afternoon, according to police.
The crash happened about 12:40 p.m. in the outbound lanes, which have since been re-opened.
The driver of the semi may have suffered some sort of medical emergency before the crash, police said. He's in critical condition.
Information about the occupants of the other vehicle wasn't immediately available.
The Major Accidents Investigation Unit is investigating the crash.
