BRIEF: Cops: Woman missing 4 days from Loop neighborhood

Dec. 16--Police are asking for help finding a woman who went missing four days ago from the city's Loop neighborhood.

Cris "Stefania" Beltran-Monroy, 26, was last seen Dec. 12 in the area of the 0-100 block of East Washington Street. She was wearing a black jacket, brown sweater and blue jeans. She also was carrying a gray tote bag, said police.

Beltran is known to frequent the areas near Midway Airport and the 3700 block of West Fullerton Avenue, said police.

She is described as a Hispanic woman with a light-brown complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds, said police.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact the Area Central Special Victims Unit at 312-747-8380 or call 911.
