BRIEF: Cops: West Side girl, 14, who went missing is located

Nov. 06--A 14-year-old girl who left her West Side home Thursday to attend classes at Curie High School and failed to return has been located.

Zariah Benson left her home in the 4800 block of West Quincy Avenue about 6:30 a.m. and went to her school at 4959 S. Archer Ave. Police said she attended classes but did not return home.

Police said Thursday afternoon that Zariah had returned home.
