BRIEF: Cops say missing girl, 13 has been located

April 14--Chicago police said they have located a 13-year-old girl who had been missing for several days.

Daisy Solorzano last made contact with her family on April 10, police said in a previously issued alert. Police said Monday that the girl has been located.

The girl is described as white Hispanic with a medium complexion, about 5 foot and 110 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red shirt with a black hood, blue jeans and black gym shoes with white soles.

She left her home on April 10 and had not been in contact with her family.

Daisy is known to hang out on North Avenue between Grand Avenue and Pulaski Road, authorities said.

Anyone with information about the girl is asked to call the Area North Special Victims Unit at 312- 744-8200.
