April 07--A 17-year-old girl and her infant son have been missing for more than a week from the South Austin neighborhood, police said in a missing person alert.
Gregnisha Campbell and her son Messiah Campbell left their home in the 500 block of South Laramie Avenue at 10:30 a.m. March 31, according to police.
The mother is described as black, with a dark complexion, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 124 pounds, with brown eyes and a mixture of blond and black hair.
The 1-year-old boy is described as black with a dark complexion, 2 feet, 4 inches tall, 33 pounds, with dark hair.
The mother was last seen wearing a pink jacket and white pants.
Police said the mother may be on the South Side.
