BRIEF: Cops: Man exposing himself to girls in Lincoln Park neighborhood

Oct. 29--Detectives are warning Lincoln Park residents about a man who has been exposing himself to girls in the area.

At least three times, the man has exposed himself to girls as they walked on sidewalks on Orchard and Howe streets just south of Armitage Avenue, according to an alert from Area Central detectives.

In the most recently reported incident, the man exposed himself in the 1800 block of North Howe on Oct. 25 about 4 p.m., according to the alert. Previous incidents happened in the 1900 block of North Orchard about 8:30 a.m. Oct. 21 and about 7:15 p.m. Oct. 10, according to police.

The man is described as white, between the ages of 20 and 25, standing about 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, with short brown hair a fair complexion. He has worn a black puffy coat or a hooded rain coat and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on the incidents or similar incidents is asked to call detectives at 312-747-8380.
