------

A 79-year-old woman who has advanced dementia went missing Friday morning on the South Side in the city's Back of the Yards neighborhood, police said.

Wanda Moore walked away from the 5200 block of South Green Street at about 8 a.m. and hasn't been seen since. She was wearing a leopard-print camisole, light-pink shorts and white slippers, said police.

Police said Moore should be able to remember her name and last address of 8140 S. Elizabeth St.

Anyone who knows Moore's whereabouts should contact the Chicago Police Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
