BRIEF: Cops ask public for help finding girl, 16

May 27--Chicago police have issued a missing person alert for a 16-year-old girl who has been missing since early this month.

Kenya Lynch, of the 7200 block of South Bell Avenue, last made contact with her family May 6, police said.

The girl is known to frequent Aurora.

She was wearing a white top and black jogging pants.

She is described as black, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (312) 747-8380.
