BRIEF: Cold Storage bumps opening date to Dec. 3

Nov. 18--Turns out that Cold Storage, the restaurant-within-a-restaurant inside Swift Sons (1000 W. Fulton Market, 312-733-9420) isn't quite ready for its close-up.

The 60-seat seafood restaurant, located within Swift Sons steakhouse, was to open today. But that date has been bumped back, keeping the dining room, which will feature various fresh fish and a huge raw bar, on ice.

The new announced opening date is Dec. 3; if that holds true, we'll just have to wait two more weeks to see what Cold Storage has to offer.
