Sept. 15--The Clippers will have media day at their practice facility on Sept. 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., then immediately afterward head to UC Irvine where they will have training camp from Sept. 26-30.
During training camp, the team will have five practices at UC Irvine from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This will be the first time that the team will have their training camp in Irvine. Two years ago, the Clippers held their camp in San Diego, and last year they held it in Las Vegas.
The Clippers' preseason opener is set for Oct. 2 at Staples Center against the Denver Nuggets. They are scheduled to play six preseason games, including one in Canada and two in China, before opening the regular season against the Sacramento Kings on Oct. 28.
