March 09--Remy Bumppo Theatre Company announced its 2015-16 season, the theater's 19th, on Monday.
First is the new play by Caryl Churchill, "Love and Information," (Sept. 23-Nov. 1) to be directed by Shawn Douglass. The drama, which had its premiere at the Minetta Lane Theatre in 2014, is made up of 57 small plays. Remy Bumppo's cast will include David Darlow, Linda Gillum and Emjoy Gavino.
Then Shannon Cochran will direct Noel Coward's "Fallen Angels" (Nov. 25 -- Jan. 10, 2016), a lesser-known comedy by the British playwright. The show will feature actors Annabel Armour and Eliza Stoughton.
And last is Bertolt Brecht's "The Life of Galileo" (March 23-May 1, 2016) adapted by David Hare. The production will be staged by Nick Sandys. The cast will include Greg Matthew Anderson, David Darlow, Shawn Douglass, Kelsey Brennan and Peter A. Davis.
All productions are performed at the Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N. Lincoln Ave. Tickets go on sale in August.
