June 01--A Mets fan got Chris Sale's autograph, but he had to beat him in a game of rock-paper-scissors to get it. The White Sox ace challenged the fan during Tuesday's game at Citi Field.
From the video, it appears the game was a best-of-three-contest: Sale stuck with rock; the fan, "Tom," opted for paper -- a winning hand, so to speak.
The fan tossed a pen and baseball to Sale, who held up his end of the bargain by signing it.
