June 24--With Dexter Fowler still nursing a left ankle sprain, the Chicago Cubs will look to Chris Denorfia to handle the leadoff duties Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Denorfia hit the game-winning sacrifice fly in the Cubs' 1-0 win Tuesday night. He has batted in the leadoff spot only one other time this season and is a lifetime .289 hitter with a .346 on-base percentage from the leadoff spot.
