BRIEF: Children burned during domestic incident: police

July 04--Two children and two adults were burned Friday during a domestic dispute where a person threw "an unknown substance" on them, police said.

The incident happened at about 4:25 p.m. on the 4800 block of West Concord Place, police said.

Victims included a 1-year old boy, whose left arm was burned, a 2-year old girl whose chest, left leg, left hand and stomach were burned, a 31-year old man whose chest, back and face were burnt, and a 39-year old woman whose right arm was burned.

Both adults were transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where their condition had stabilized, while the children were taken to Stroger in stable condition.

Police were investigating.
