BRIEF: 'Chicago Fire' and 'Chicago PD' resume filming next week

July 15--"Chicago Fire" and "Chicago P.D." are scheduled to resume filming Monday, according to a spokesperson for the Dick Wolf-produced NBC dramas.

Both shows shoot at Cinespace Chicago Film Studios on the West Side. "Chicago Fire" is entering its fourth season, which is set to premiere Oct. 13. "Chicago P.D." is heading into its third season, which is expected to premiere Sept. 30.

Joining both shows on the NBC lineup will be the newest installment of the Chicago franchise: "Chicago Med." The medical drama -- scheduled to premiere Nov. 10 -- stars Oliver Platt ("Fargo"), S. Epatha Merkerson ("Law and Order"), Laurie Holden ("The Walking Dead"), Nick Gehlfuss ("Shameless") and Yaya DaCosta ("House M.D.").
