Jan. 15--Chicago comedian DeRay Davis and his girlfriends will star in the new Oxygen series "Living with Funny," the network announced Thursday.
The South Side native, who now lives in Los Angeles, is one of a few comedians who will be featured in the half-hour show set to premiere 8 p.m. March 29.
"Cameras will follow the howling tale of what happens when these funnymen drop the mic and come home to their family, friends and significant others. Because when you are a comedian, the jokes don't stop just because the show does," Oxygen said in a press release.
Davis has two girlfriends, Coco and Caro, according to Oxygen. He starred in the 2012 movie "21 Jump Street" and in the "Barbershop" films.
He is scheduled to perform Friday-Sunday at the Chicago Improv club in Schaumburg.
