Jan. 11--Carol Burnett has announced a third show to play the Chicago Theatre on May 17, in addition to the previously announced shows on May 19 and May 20.
The three performances, originally planned as a one-night-only event, will be modeled after the comedian's hit variety series "The Carol Burnett Show," with Burnett allowing for impromptu questions from the audience throughout the performance.
Tickets for the May 17 performance go on sale at 11 a.m. Jan. 15 and are available at thechicagotheatre.com and 800-745-3000. The other 2 performances are currently sold out.
