BRIEF: Carbonara mac, truffle mac and more headline Rockit's week of mac and cheese

March 21--Granted, we've already given you 25 (and counting) mac and cheeses to check off your eating list. But due diligence: Here are five more, available only this week.

Rockit Bar Grill has brought back Mac Madness, an annual promotion featuring five days of gussied-up mac and cheeses from chef and partner Amanda Downing. The chaos kicks off today with the steakhouse mac: noodles with grilled hanger steak, blue cheese sauce, shoestring potatoes, scallions and sour cream.

Other macs in the lineup (one per day through March 25): a truffle version with porcini cream, truffle puree and truffle cheddar; a carbonara-inspired mac with guanciale and a poached egg; and a crabcake variation with a shrimp-based cream sauce. Each mac is priced at $16; Monday only, that also includes a glass of cabernet sauvignon.
