BRIEF: Bulls planning back-to-back for Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah

Dec. 02--Everybody but Taj Gibson is available for Tuesday's home game against the Dallas Mavericks, and Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said the plan is for both Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah to play both sets of the back-to-back that concludes Wednesday in Charlotte.

Rose finished consecutive games for the first time this season Sunday at Brooklyn. A back-to-back set would further accomplish Rose's and the Bulls' goal to string games together.

"We just want him to keep building," Thibodeau said. "That's the big thing. He's moving in the right direction. We always felt if he strung some games together he would take off. And I think we're seeing that."

In Rose's only other attempt at playing back-to-back games, he sat out the second half last week in Denver, the second game.

Noah also got held out of that game because of effusion of his surgically repaired left knee. The Bulls are 5-0 when starting their lineup of Rose, Jimmy Butler, Mike Dunleavy, Pau Gasol and Noah.
