BRIEF: Bulls' Jimmy Butler signs on as Mountain Dew pitchman

Jan. 29--Jimmy Butler's surprising stardom on the court is reaping benefits off of it. Mountain Dew has signed the Bulls guard to be its pitchman in Chicago, the company announced in a statement Thursday.

As the soft drink's brand ambassador, Butler will be featured on billboards and other promotional materials in Chicago, and make personal appearances around the city on behalf of the brand.
