A lot of players are going to get touches. And balanced scoring will more often than not prevail over brilliance of the individual variety.
Jimmy Butler's 24 points led six players, including all five starters, in double figures as the Bulls shot 53.8 percent. That included 14-for-28 from 3-point range and even a four-point play from Butler.
Twenty of the Bulls' 42 field goals came off assists. Derrick Rose finished with 15 points and three assists.
Joakim Noah overcame his right knee contusion to play 18 minutes, failing to score with six rebounds and two assists.
