May 18--Buffalo Theatre Ensemble has announced its 2016-17 season, the first to be held at the McAninch Arts Center at the College of DuPage since the company's hiatus in 2014 after a loss of funding. The Equity company will resume its place as the MAC's resident theater company, following a two-year plan under which BTE will receive financial support from the college and establish itself as a non-profit organization.
The three-play season includes: the French farce "Don't Dress for Dinner" (Sept. 9-Oct. 9) by Marc Camoletti, David Lindsay-Abaire's South Boston-set "Good People" (Feb. 3-March 5) and Alan Ayckbourn's comedy "Improbable Fiction" (May 4-June 4).
The MAC is located at 425 Fawell Blvd. on the campus of the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn.
