April 26--MILWAUKEE -- The Bulls were trying to post the 14th sweep of a playoff series in franchise history Saturday evening at BMO Harris Bradley Center.
Thanks to a brilliant play drawn by coach Jason Kidd, Milwaukee's Jerryd Bayless lost Derrick Rose and dropped in Jared Dudley's inbounds pass at the buzzer with a layup to give the Bucks a 92-90 win in Game 4.
The Bulls threw away their chance amid a flurry of turnovers, a season-high 28 in all.
Game 5 is Monday night at the United Center.
Shortly after officials used video review to overturn one of his 3-pointers because it came after the shot clock expired, O.J. Mayo sank a deep 3-pointer with 1 minute, 42 seconds left for a huge basket that gave the Bucks a 90-84 lead.
But the Bulls refused to go away. Rose sank a 3-pointer and then, following a Khris Middleton miss, fed Pau Gasol in transition for a three-point play that tied the game with 38.4 seconds left.
After a Jerryd Bayless miss, Middleton stripped Rose as he worked for a final shot in isolation. Kidd quickly signaled timeout to set up the final drama.
