Aug. 20--Ronda Rousey, already one of the most popular athletes on the planet, has a big supporter in her corner: former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar.
"She is a man amongst women in the women's division. I take my hat off to her," Lesnar said in an interview with ESPN.
Lesnar, who prefers to stay home when not making occasional appearances for WWE, also is in awe of Rousey's ability to multitask.
"I don't know how she's juggling everything -- movies and this, that and the other thing, going to Brazil and kicking butt over there and doing all the stuff she's doing. My hat's off to you, Ronda."
However, Lesnar says Rousey has one big advantage: a weak crop of competitors in UFC's women's bantamweight division.
"She's a super athlete in a weak division. I'm not taking any talent away from her at all. But I think she's a super beast -- a super freak -- in the women's division."
