Dec. 03--Andrew Alexander, CEO and executive producer of The Second City Inc., and Erica Daniels, president of Second City Theatricals, have announced that Brian Loevner will join Second City Theatricals as the managing producer.
Loevner recently produced "To Master the Art," "Hit The Wall," "Stupid Fucking Bird" and "A Steady Rain" as the founder and executive producer of the Chicago Commercial Collective. He previously served as the managing director of Chicago Dramatists and was the founder and managing director of Theatre Conspiracy in Washington D.C.
In Chicago, Loevner has produced with companies including Famous Door Theatre, Royal George Theatre, Broadway in Chicago, Timeline Theatre, Collaboraction, Chicago Dramatists and The Actor's Gymnasium.
