BRIEF: Boy George's band Culture Club to play Chicago Theatre in July

April 11--Boy George's band, Culture Club, announced a three-month tour Monday that includes a July 22 stop at the Chicago Theatre.

Tickets, which cost $55-$250, are scheduled to go on sale 11 a.m. April 22 via the theater. The '80s pop band is slated to kick off its tour June 6 in Australia and wrap up in New York in September.

Culture Club, which reformed in 2014, is expected to release its album "Tribes" later this year.
