Salvador is known to frequent the areas of McKinley Park, and 38th and 39th streets near Honore Street, police said.

He is described as a Hispanic boy with a light complexion, brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds.
