Aug. 21--Emergency crews recovered a body from the water off Foster Avenue Beach Friday morning, officials said.
Police and fire crews responded to the beach around 9:30 a.m. for a body in the water, police said.
The remains are that of a white male, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
