April 25--Police and fire crews recovered a body in Lake Michigan near Buckingham Fountain on Monday morning, officials said.
The body was found around 6:30 a.m. off 500 S. Lake Shore Drive, according to the Chicago Fire Department. The person was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
