BRIEF: Body found after garage fire in Portage Park identified

July 03--A body discovered when firefighters responded to a garage fire in Portage Park has been identified as a 48-year-old man who lived in an apartment at that address.

Oleh Lyubetskyy was found around 8:10 p.m. Thursday in the 6300 block of West Berenice Avenue, officials said. An autopsy was scheduled for Friday.

Fire Chief Juan Hernandez, a spokesman for the Fire Department, said the case has been turned over to the department's Office of Fire Investigations and the Chicago Police Department.

No other details were available.
