Nov. 16--The Blackhawks built off their victory over the Blues on Saturday with a 4-1 victory over the Flames, who looked like the team that has allowed the most goals in the league. The Hawks played their final home game before embarking on their two-week circus road trip.
Second line fire
Patrick Kane and Artemi Panarin continued to tear through the NHL records books this season. Both scored goals in a three-goal second period Sunday. Kane now has a point in 13 straight games and a goal in seven. He leads the NHL in points. Panarin leads all rookies in points with 18.
Darling back in net
Hawks backup goaltender Scott Darling started his fourth consecutive game Sunday and while he's had an up-and-down season so far in his limited appearances, Darling was solid in getting the win with 25 saves.
Ouch
Brent Seabrook left the game late in the second period after taking a puck to the face, but because this is hockey, Seabrook was back on the ice in the third period.
Keith, Rozsival back
Defensemen Duncan Keith and Michal Rozsival played in their second consecutive games Sunday as they return from a torn meniscus and fracture ankle, respectively. After playing Saturday, it wasn't a given either would play Sunday, given the short recovery time between games, but both felt good enough to take the ice.
