BRIEF: Blackhawks, Lightning tied 1-1 after first period

Jan. 22--The Blackhawks are tied with the Lightning 1-1 after one period even though the Hawks managaed just four shots on goal.

The Hawks got the first goal just 43 seconds into the game when Artem Anisimov put a backhanded shot past Lightning goaltender Ben Bishop. Anisimov scored off a pass from Patrick Kane, who picked up his 42nd assist of the season.

The Lightning scored when Anton Stralman deflected in a shot from Victor Hedman past Corey Crawford at 7 minutes, 14 seconds of the period.
