Feb. 04--ST. PAUL, Minn. -- After two days in Las Vegas for some rest and relaxation, the Chicago Blackhawks continued their seven-game road trip when they faced the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday night at Xcel Energy Center.
First period update
After 20 minutes of play, the Wild led 2-0. Mikko Koivu had a goal and an assist and Jason Zucker also scored for Minnesota. The Wild held an 11-9 shot advantage.
In the nets
Corey Crawford returned in goal for the Hawks after sitting out Saturday's 2-0 loss to the Sharks. Devan Dubnyk got the call for the Wild.
Roster report
Daniel Carcillo was eligible to play for the Hawks after the completion of his six-game suspension but was a healthy scratch along with Dennis Rasmussen and Tim Erixon. Sitting for the Wild were Christian Folin, Matt Cooke and Darcy Kuemper.
