After temperatures inched above 30 degrees for the first time in days, Arctic air is expected to roll back into the area Sunday causing single-digit lows.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind-chill advisory that will be in effect until 9 a.m. Monday morning.

Wind chills could reach 10 below zero during the day Sunday with highs reaching into the upper teens, according to the weather service. Sunday night will see lows of up to 5 degrees below zero with wind chills reaching up to 25 below zero.

The chilly temperatures will stick around Monday, with highs in the teens expected, but Tuesday should be warmer, with temperatures reaching into the lower 30s. The rest of the week should see highs hovering between 12 and 20 degrees, according to the weather service.

Saturday saw a high of 32 degrees -- the freezing mark -- measured at O'Hare International Airport during the afternoon.
