Nov. 13--Political parties aren't the only thing dividing former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. One is on Twitter, the other on Instagram. Is there any hope for bipartisan social media?
Clinton congratulated Bush on his new book on Twitter even though the 43rd president isn't on the social network, a fact that the 42nd president pointed out with a hashtag.
Received my copy of #41 by #43, George W. Bush. Touching tribute! #HowAreYouSTILLNotOnTwitter #PresidentialTweeters pic.twitter.com/ECWvElzG44

Bush responded on Instagram with a screenshot of Clinton's tweet and his own special hashtags including #brotherfromanothermother, referring to a running joke about Clinton's closeness to the elder George Bush.
Thanks, 42! Hope you like the book about your pal, #41. #HowAreYouSTILLNotOnInstagram #PresidentialGrammers #BrotherFromAnotherMother
