May 12--The Chicago Bears announced a pair of minor roster moves Thursday morning, finalizing the signing of undrafted rookie offensive lineman Adrian Bellard and waiving defensive back Anthony Jefferson.
The move comes a day before the team will begin its on-field work at Halas Hall for its three-day rookie minicamp.
Bellard played his college ball at Texas State and started 36 consecutive games for the Bobcats. At 6-foot-5 and 315 pounds, Bellard is best fit to play offensive tackle but has the ability to play guard as well.
