BRIEF: Bears-Packers most-watched Thanksgiving primetime game ever

Nov. 27--Thursday night's Bears-Packers game was the NFL's most-watched Thanksgiving primetime game ever, with an average of 27.8 million viewers, according to NBC and the Nielsen Company.

The first Thanksgiving primtime game was in 2006. The previously most-watched was last year's Seahhawks-49ers game.

The game was also NBC's second-most watched NFL regular-season game, behind only the 30.3 million for Cowboys-Redskins' Week 17 "win-and-in" game in 2012.

The biggest audience Thursday night was in Milwaukee, with an average of 72 million viewers. An average of 57 million watched in Chicago.
