BRIEF: Bayless announces Cruz Blanca, Lena Brava opening date; reservations open now

April 22--Rick Bayless picked an especially festive day to open his side-by-side concepts, Cruz Blanca and Lena Brava (900 W. Randolph St.)

Cinco de Mayo (May 5) will be opening day for both. Reservations for Lena Brava are available now at lenabrava.com.

Cruz Blanca is Bayless' beer-tasting room and taqueria, and will feature walk-up counter service. Lena Brava, the more formal space, is a restaurant focused on the cuisine of Baja California Norte.

Bayless made a cute video about his new concepts, which you can view on his Facebook page.
