BRIEF: Barrington woman, teammate win Season 25 of 'Amazing Race'

Dec. 20--Chicago Tribune Media Group's Barrington Courier-Review reports: The Sweet Scientists, Barrington native Amy DeJong and her teammate Maya Warren, came out on top and claimed the $1 million prize on the latest season of "The Amazing Race" on CBS.

The team's victory was announced during the show's finale Friday evening. The two talked to the Chicago Tribune about their experience before the announcement.
