Dec. 20--Los Angeles County sheriff's detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday in Pico Rivera.
Deputies responded to a call about a person shot in the 5400 block of Rosemead Boulevard about 6 a.m., according to a Sheriff's Department statement.
The victim was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said. The victim's identity has not been released.
No arrests have been made, and no other details about the shooting were immediately available.
