Jan. 13--The Blackhawks will be without one of their key players for their game Thursday against the Canadiens.
Center Artem Anisimov did not travel with the team to Montreal and will miss Thursday's game. Anisimov became sick during a team meeting shortly before the Hawks' 3-2 win on Tuesday over the Predators.
The Hawks also play Friday in Toronto although Anisimov's status beyond Thursday is unclear.
Anisimov is the Hawks' center on the second line with Patrick Kane and Artemi Panarin. He has 15 goals and nine assists on the season. With Anisimov out, coach Joel Quenneville moved Teuvo Teravainen up from third-line winger to second-line center.
