March 29--Chicago-area native Andrew Bird will play a Millennium Park concert Sept. 7, his reps announced Tuesday.
Tickets are slated to go on sale 10 a.m. April 8 for the 7 p.m. concert at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. Reserved tickets cost $48.50 and $58.50, while lawn tickets sell for $23.50.
The ticket price includes a digital download of Bird's upcoming album "Are You Serious," due out Friday.
Bird, who grew up in Lake Bluff and attended Northwestern University, is expected to perform with "special guests" to be announced.
