BRIEF: Amy Schumer's Chicago boyfriend hints he will appear on her show

Jan. 27--Chicago furniture designer Ben Hanisch may have made the cut for the upcoming season of "Inside Amy Schumer."

Hanisch and Schumer wear blood-spattered scrubs and Schumer dons an eye patch in a picture Hanisch posted to Instagram Wednesday with the caption "yesterday's surgery went very well."

Schumer announced a week ago that she started filming Season 4 of her Comedy Central show "Inside Amy Schumer."

Hanisch and Schumer went public with their relationship earlier this month and have been photographed together at the Critics' Choice Awards and on the night of the Golden Globes.

Hanisch runs The Last Workshop furniture company on the North Side.
