Sept. 13--An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-year-old boy who may have been abducted Saturday night during a family outing in the Mission Bay area of San Diego.
Police said that Wesley Hilaire was last seen with a man described as black, 40 years old, 6 feet tall, weighing 235 pounds and wearing a gray T-shirt.
The boy is 4 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 40 pounds. He was last seen around 7:45 p.m. He was wearing red shorts and no shirt, police said.
