Feb. 16--The Alabama Shakes will play two shows in Chicago in July as part of multiple summer concert dates the band announced Tuesday.
The band is slated to play the Civic Opera House July 19 and the Aragon Ballroom July 20. Both shows are scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are set to go on sale 11 a.m. Friday via Ticketmaster and the Civic Opera House box office. Aragon tickets cost $50 while Civic Opera House tickets range from $42-$72, plus fees.
The band is scheduled to play a few overseas festivals next month before beginning the North American leg of the tour in Nashville in April.
The band members performed "Don't Wanna Fight" Monday at the Grammys, where they won awards for best alternative music album, best rock song and best rock performance.
