July 02--Rookie second baseman Addison Russell will sit Wednesday night as the Chicago Cubs try to extend their winning streak to two games against the New York Mets.
Jonathan Herrera will start in place of Russell, who is 0-for-10 in his past three games and is batting 1-for-13 (.077) in the first four games of this trip.
Chris Coghlan will bat cleanup against Bartolo Colon, with Queens native Mike Baxter starting in right field.
