The California Highway Patrol received reports that a big rig and a car were involved in a crash at 1:39 p.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway just west of Mountain Street, Officer Alex Rubio said. There were reports of injuries, but the extent was unknown, he said.
Three lanes of traffic were closed, which caused about a three-mile backup, he said. It was unknown how long the lane would be closed.
