June 11--"The Muppets" are going to Navy Pier.
The ABC network will preview some of its new fall shows including "Blood Oil," "Quantico" and "The Muppets" 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday at Navy Pier.
The free screenings, part of a six-city tour that kicked off Thursday in Nashville, will take place in a 91-seat mobile cinema inside a trailer at Polk Bros. Park at the entrance to Navy Pier.
Seats are first come, first served. ABC will show the hourlong premiere episodes of "Blood Oil" and "Quantico" and a 10-minute preview of "The Muppets," a documentary-style show for adults that will explore the Muppets' personal lives.
"Blood Oil," which stars Don Johnson and "Gossip Girl" alum Chace Crawford, is a soap opera about an oil boom in North Dakota.
"Quantico," which stars longtime Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, is a drama about a group of FBI recruits, including one recruit who is later suspected of masterminding a terrorist attack.
"The Muppets" is set to air Sept. 22 while "Blood Oil" and "Quantico" are scheduled to premiere Sept. 27.
