Dec. 27--Police recovered five weapons from a party bus in the Old Town neighborhood after hearing gunfire early Sunday morning, according to police.
About 2:30 a.m., officers near the 100 block of West Division Street heard gunfire, and people nearby directed them to a party bus going west on Division.
Police pulled the bus over and found five weapons inside, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago police spokeswoman.
Nobody was reported injured by gunfire in the incident, and the driver of the bus is being questioned, Sedevic said.
