Jan. 16--Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon near the Grand Central Chicago Police station on the Northwest Side, police said.
The accident occurred at about 12:20 p.m. on the 5500 block of West Grand Avenue.
One injured person was being treated at the scene, one was taken to Illinois Advocate Masonic Medical Center, and two were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital. A police spokesman had no further information about how the accident occurred or the nature of the injuries.
Neither vehicle was a police vehicle, according to the spokesman, and there was no indication that traffic was affected.
